Private Equity Real Estate NQ

A growing US firm are currently looking for a Private Equity Real Estate NQ associate to join their Private Equity Real Estate team in London. In this role you will have a high degree of autonomy, with the support of some stand out partners. You will be focusing on the corporate side of the PE Real Estate matters, handling all types of matters from acquisitions, dispositions, financings and recapitalisations to real estate taxation, public, private and non-traded REITs, joint ventures, fund formation, roll-ups and spin-outs, creditors rights and bankruptcy and restructurings. You will have experience from a leading firm in both real estate and corporate seat during your training contract. BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
