NQ Commercial Property Solicitor The commercial property department of a boutique firm based in Leicester are looking for an NQ Solicitor to join their team. You will work with a specialist Partner and benefit from their experience - whilst managing your own caseload. The Role The commercial property team has comprehensive property experience in a range of transactions such as; - Acquisition and disposal of commercial property; - Landlord and tenant; - Small amount of high value residential conveyancing with specific clients only. Candidate Requirements - Strong academic background and solid technical skills. - The role is most likely to be suitable for a NQ Commercial Property Solicitor with a solid grounding in real estate.
