NQ Commercial Property Solicitor A top 50 UK Law firm is seeking an ambitious Solicitor NQ to join their commercial property team in Ipswich. The Firm & Team You will be working for nationwide clients throughout the UK, joining the firms growing Utilities Team which consists of 3 secretaries and 9 fee earners. The team specialise in in acquisition of substations, fibre cabinets, gas governors and water pumping stations. They also deal with high-volume property transactions for DNOs/IDNOs, fibre providers, electronic vehicle providers, gas transporters and water incumbants. You will also have the opportunity to assist developer clients with their utility transactions. The Role To work as an NQ Solicitor to assist the team on a wide variety of property transactions for landowners and utility suppliers. You will be given the opportunity to manage your own caseload and fee-earn alongside the experts on some complex transactions within a specialised area. Candidate Requirements · Qualified or soon to be qualified Solicitor within England and Wales. · Experience in conveyancing or the property industry who can utilise their skills in this niche area. · Strong academic background and solid technical skills.
