Commercial Property Solicitor - Regional Firm - East Midlands Top 150 UK regional firm is seeking a Commercial property solicitor to join the Legal 500 ranked team. The Opportunity: - Have the opportunity to deal with a range of property matters including commercial development, investment and corporate occupiers matters. - Draft and negotiates a variety documentation alongside being involved in highly complex renewable energy matters and large development projects. - Be exposed to a broad range of clients across various industries. - Acquisitions and disposal of land. The Candidate: - Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales. - 2-6 years PQE. - A solid grounding in commercial property transactions. - Development experience (preferable).
