In House Legal Counsel

A major national retail and manufacturing business is seeking additional legal counsel to join the established team. With profitable physical outlets, and a fast growing online revenue, the business is well placed to grow market share and revenue. Your remit would be wide ranging, from commercial contracts (terms and conditions, supplier agreements, IT contracts, IP contracts) corporate matters (governance and company secretarial responsibilities) mitigating disputes, training business partners on various matters, and generally advise senior management on legal developments affecting the business The established legal team is supportive. This role is probably most likely situated to someone who has at least a couple of years PQE under their belt. You'll come from a commercial, corporate, or commercial litigation background, at a recognised commercial firm or in house team.
