In house Legal counsel

I'm working with an organisation whose infrastructure you use everyday! This is an opportunity to fast track your career in a role that reports directly to the Head of Legal. Working in the 'number 2' position you will be heavily involved in a variety of legal issues. Contracts will include consultancy, advisory and project management as well as multi million pound IT infrastructure and support services contracts. There will also be licensing of IP. You will also be involved with reviewing tenders. Any experience of competition law would also be advantageous. If you have gained technical experience in commercial, construction, corporate, planning or commercial litigation, you will have some of the skills needed to be a success in this role. Ideally you will have at leas a couple of years pqe to have gained the experience needed to take on the role, but as all we know, PQE is a blunt tool of measurement so if you feel you have the skills and aptitude for such a position, please do get in touch.
