Sole Counsel

A major IT company which provides cyber security software to blue chip organisations is seeking to recruit a Sole Counsel. This position is open to Commercial Contracts lawyers, ideally with some experience in IT matters. This position is capable of full remote working. The Business This company provides a range of IT solutions to major international organisations across the areas of engineering, architecture, supply chain and cyber security. They are an extremely stable organisation with substantial financial backing, pursuing a strategy of targeted growth in the sector. The Role Reporting into the CFO, the successful applicant with be the go-to person for all commercial matters relating to this business. This is very much a generalist's position with an emphasis on commercial contracts. The Lawyer The successful candidate will have c.6+ PQE in commercial matters, ideally with some knowledge of the IT sector. You will be comfortable working with senior members of the business and be looking to take on a varied role. On offer is a good salary and the opportunity to work remotely.
