In-house Commercial IT Lawyer

Commercial/IT Lawyer - Global Brand with Public Sector clients- London/Multiple locations A globally renowned business is seeking to recruit a Commercial Lawyer with a focus on IT/Technology matters and experience in Public Procurement. The business is recruiting multiple lawyers at different levels so there is no set PQE requirement. Technology is an enormous area for this business which provides a range of software and services to public sector organisations including the MoD, HMRC, NHS and major transport and infrastructure; the business is one of the largest suppliers of tech to the public sector in the UK The business has offices in most major cities in England and Wales, and is fully open on location, hybrid and remote working. The Role Working as part of the Commercial legal team, this person will advise key stakeholders and the various business divisions on technology matters which form part of projects with key clients, including global banks, world renowned tech companies, global retailers and global sporting organisations. You will be trusted with a high degree of autonomy in negotiating and advising on UK and international technology, software licences and SaaS contracts and working alongside key stakeholders across the various business units. The Person This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer with experience in IT matters in the public procurement sphere, particularly SaaS agreements and high value IT implementation projects.
