  • A new firm, JG Solicitors, has been set by James Green, formerly of Michael Lewin Solicitors and Blacks solicitors. The firm will focus on consumer rights matters, including delayed flights, underpaid compensation for personal injury and illnesses related to workplace environments

  • Eaton Smith has appointed two solicitors to its family law team. Keith Kershaw qualified in 1992 and has specialised in this area of law throughout his career. Katherine Stephenson qualified in 2008 and specialises in representing children, parents and carers in care proceedings. She is a member of the Law Society’s children panel.
