Uma joined BCL Legal in November 2023 to focus on private practice recruitment in the South West areas.
Prior to joining BCL, Uma worked for a global legal recruitment company, as well as the in-house recruitment team of an international law firm.
Uma has experience of recruiting lawyers from NQ through to Partner level and has worked across several areas of law, including real estate, corporate and commercial, litigation, construction and banking.
