Joanna graduated with a law degree in 2003 and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Liverpool John Moores University. She then spent a year in private practice, specialising in criminal law.
Joanna commenced her career in recruitment in 2007 and joined BCL Legal in 2008. She manages BCL Legal’s North West Insurance and Residential Property team.
In addition to her UK practice, Joanna now leads BCL Legal’s recruitment offering across Texas, USA, working with law firms and legal professionals throughout the state. This international remit provides her with a broad perspective on legal recruitment markets and enables her to support firms and candidates on both sides of the Atlantic.
