Jo joined BCL Legal in 2017 as an associate recruitment consultant.
A first class graduate from The University of Manchester, Jo turned her experience to BCL's strategic growth as the company's national Talent Executive in early 2019.
She was promoted to Talent Manager at the end of 2019, Talent, Training & Marketing Manager in November 2021, and is currently an Operations Manager for BCL Legal.
