Junior Legal Counsel - International Services Co - up to £50k

A leading international services organisation operating within an exciting sector is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join its collaborative in-house legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor or junior commercial lawyer looking to develop their career within a highly respected global business with bluechip name customers. Working as part of a well-established remote legal function, you will gain exposure to a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters while partnering closely with stakeholders across multiple business divisions. The Opportunity You will provide practical and commercially focused legal support across a wide variety of business activities, helping to manage contractual risk while enabling commercial growth within an innovative and fast-moving international environment. Key Responsibilities: -Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners -Advising internal stakeholders on day-to-day legal and compliance matters -Supporting on commercial bids and tenders -Assisting with legal issues relating to data privacy, intellectual property, corporate governance and employment law matters -Contributing to the development and maintenance of legal templates, policies, and internal procedures -Providing commercially pragmatic guidance across international operations -Conducting legal research and supporting wider legal projects where required -Building strong working relationships across operational and leadership teams About You -Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with approximately 0-2 years' PQE -Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills -Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team -Commercially aware with a pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset -Confident managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders -Previous in-house exposure is beneficial but not essential What's on Offer -Fully remote working arrangement -Salary up to £50,000 -Discretionary company bonus up to 10% of base salary -Competitive pension contribution -25 days holiday plus bank holidays
