NQ to 1 PQE In House Commercial Lawyer - up to £55k

Our client is a well-established and respected West Midlands employer in a highly topical sector, who are looking for a NQ-1 PQE Lawyer to join its highly respected legal team. Reporting into senior members of the legal team, you will be responsible for tasks such as: - Working closely with the business to draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts; - Provide support on Intellectual Property matters; - Advise on GDPR matters; - Provide legal support on any contentious matters; - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business; and - Support on the management of external counsel. The role is suitable for somebody who is seeking their first move in house and has some experience of reviewing / amending / negotiating procurement contracts. This opportunity offers a fantastic route into becoming an in-house commercial lawyer, where you will work in a supportive team and build your experience as you go, via assisting more senior commercial lawyers who you will learn and absorb from.
