Commercial Solicitor 7+ PQE This long established and reputable, regional law firm is seeking a senior Commercial Solicitor to join its team across Manchester/Liverpool. Excellent variety of work with a firm that places a high emphasis on a positive culture and staff wellbeing. The Role * Act for a well known local North West clients, including commercial businesses, partnerships, not for profit organisations and charities - providing an excellent mix. * Work on a diverse caseload - in the main general commercial contracts, but some additional GDPR/data protection and IP/IT matters. * Supervising other team members and acting as the lead in the team. Requirements * Experience in commercial work with a reputable firm. * Ideally 7+ PQE in commercial contracts. * A strong academic background. * Business development experience.
