After completing her degree at Manchester Metropolitan University in Media Management, Michelle started her career in recruitment in 1997 - working in the IT sector in London.
During this time she worked for an international recruiter within the banking and finance sector before moving to an in-house role working at a large international bank in London.
After a period away from recruitment and time off while having children, Michelle has returned to recruitment as BCL Legal's in-house Seminar Coordinator.
