What time did you wake up this morning?

7 a.m. to go to the gym.

What’s your favourite object in your office?

Our office dog, Wilbur.

Who is your closest colleague?

I couldn't possibly choose as they are all amazing in different ways.

Do you have a favourite family heirloom?

Nope.

What’s your favourite song of all time?

Anything chilled by Bob Marley.

What’s your favourite play?

If musicals count then Phantom of the Opera.

Who’s your favourite movie star?

Leondardo DiCaprio.

What’s your favourite book?

REWORK by Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson.

What book are you reading right now?

I'm a stereotypical millennial in that I only listen to audio books.

What book do you wish you had written?

The 4-Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss.

What’s the greatest invention of all time?

The iPhone.

Is there a sport that you wish you could play?

Tennis. I go to Wimbledon every year and I envy the players’ incredible skills.

Who inspires you in business?

Jeff Bezos and Marc Benioff. Amazon and Salesforce are tech giants that are inspiring a generation.

Dress up, dress down or somewhere in between?

We try to bring a fresh approach to all aspects of the business so mostly dress-down but I am personally somewhere in the middle.

Where do you go to relax?

Yoga classes; preferably outside.

What country have you always wanted to visit?

Brazil.

Besides your phone, what do you always have with you?

My Apple Watch so I can track my fitness.

What’s the best part about your job?

The freedom to create new ways of working.

What’s your favourite post-work tipple?

White wine.

Finally, what’s your guilty pleasure?

CSI – the crime drama.
