Senior Corporate Associate - 5 PQE+ International law firm | London | £105,000 - £120,000 A Senior Corporate Associate is offered an outstanding opportunity to join an industry leading corporate team at this top tier international practice, in London. The firm, which ranks as one of the leading law firms in the UK, with a particular focus on Corporate as their core practice, are looking to expand their Corporate offering with the addition of a senior associate, from 5 years' PQE upwards. The corporate team is highly established, with over 40 fee earners, offering a great amount of exposure, working directly with the Partners on high-value and complex Corporate matters across a range of sectors, including FinTech, financial services, professional services, and real estate (investors/developers). In terms of the work which the team undertakes, this predominantly consists of: - Private & Public M&A - Joint Ventures - Disposals - General Corporate Advisory - IPOs - Equity fundraising - Reorganisations The salary bracket for the roles starts at £105k from 5 PQE, up to £120k at 8 PQE, in addition to bonus scheme of up to 25% activated for hitting and exceeding the hours target of 1440. This position is ideally suited to mid/senior corporate associates between five years' PQE to eight. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display: · A strong academic background · Training and post-qualified corporate experience gained with a reputable national or international practice or city-firm · Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen · Excellent communication skills · Experience in business development and client relationship management With regards to hybrid working, my client operates a 60% office attendance policy, with the option to also work from any of their regional offices.
