The team regularly handles multibillion-dollar financings, including cross-border transactions, rescue financings, restructurings, and junior/mezzanine capital structures. It is fully integrated with the firm's top-ranked M&A, restructuring, and capital markets practices, delivering seamless support on sophisticated, high-value matters. Key Responsibilities Represent lenders, credit funds, and financial institutions in a range of private credit and direct lending transactions Draft and negotiate key financing documents Lead and manage complex transactions with minimal supervision Collaborate with internal teams across practice areas and jurisdictions Ideal Candidate Profile 3-6 years of relevant experience in private credit, direct lending, or leveraged finance Exposure to creditor-side transactions, restructurings, and workouts Experience in asset-backed lending or mezzanine finance is a strong plus Admitted to the New York Bar Strong academic credentials from a top law school Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Why This Firm?
