Civil Fraud Associate - 1-4 PQE Top 15 UK firm | Legal 500 Civil Fraud | London | £105,000 - £120,000 The firm / team: · Successful candidates can look forward to joining one of the largest law firms in the UK, based in London, looking to strengthen their Civil Fraud offering with the addition of a talented junior associate. · They are considered to be amongst the leading law firms in the UK for Civil Fraud & Asset Tracing, ranked in the Legal 500 (Tier 1) for Civil Fraud in London. · You will be joining a specialised team, who handle a broad range of civil fraud matters, acting for both claimants and defendants, on exclusively cross-border issues. · The role will mainly consist of handling freezing orders, with consist exposure to hearings in the high court, across a range of sectors. · This is a hardworking firm, offering a market-leading salary with a reasonable chargeable hours contribution. The role: · As a Civil Fraud Associate within the team, you can expect to undertake a broad range of work with a supportive collegiate department. · The firm are looking for someone capable of developing into a trusted advisor to their biggest clients, across a variety of sectors, including banking, corporate, and regulatory. · Depending on experience, you will be expected to deal with cases involving, civil litigation, asset-tracing, freezing orders and interim injunctions. About you: · Applications are sought from talented Civil Litigators Associates with at least one years' post qualification experience, gained in England & Wales or a similar, leading common law jurisdiction. · You will possess strong academics, and a confident understanding of commercial litigation law, ideally from a Top 25, or Legal 500 background. · Candidates should have strong organisation skills and a keen interest in joining one of the world's largest law firms Benefits: · Salary package of £105,000 - £120,000 · 25 days annual leave. · Bonus scheme. · Enhanced maternity and paternity pay. · Cycle to work scheme.
