Real Estate Finance Associate - 1-3 PQE Boutique law firm | Legal 500 Banking & Finance | London | £90,000 - £110,000 The firm / team: · Successful candidates can look forward to joining one of the premier mid-market firms in London, looking to strengthen their Banking offering with the addition of a talented Real Estate Finance associate. · They are considered to be amongst the leading law firms in London for Real Estate Finance law, ranked throughout the Legal 500 for REF, and are considered to be a specialist Real Estate firm. · This firm regularly advises borrowers, from developers, funds and family offices in all aspects of their debt transactions (including where appropriate co-ordination with overseas jurisdictions). · This is a hardworking firm, offering a market-leading salary with a reasonable chargeable hours contribution. The role: · As a Real Estate Finance Associate within the team, you can expect to undertake a broad range of work with a supportive collegiate department. · Advising on complex, innovative and unusual funding solutions for borrower clients and assist them in negotiating complex loan documents with their funders. · The firm are looking for someone capable of developing into a trusted advisor to their biggest clients, such as commercial, development, and funds institutions. · Depending on experience, you will be expected to deal with cases involving, advising on Real estate development finance, Real estate investment finance, Secured lending, Bridging finance, Islamic finance, Loan on loan facilities, Acquisition finance with an underlying property asset, Equity investment. About you: · Applications are sought from talented Associates with at least one years' post qualification experience, gained in England & Wales or a similar, leading common law jurisdiction. · Ideally you will have real estate finance experience and particularly experience of negotiating bespoke banking documents as opposed to standard. · You will possess strong academics, and a confident understanding of commercial litigation law, ideally from a Top 50, or Legal 500 background. · Candidates should have strong organisation skills and a keen interest in joining one of the UK's most specialised Banking law firms.
