Corporate (Private Equity) Director - 6 PQE+ Top 30 UK firm | 6 PQE+| London | £125,000+ A corporate associate is offered an outstanding opportunity to join an industry leading corporate team at this top tier national practice, in London. The firm, which ranks as one of the top 30 in the UK, is arguably the largest and widest-reaching domestic UK law firm. The London corporate team is made up of 40 lawyers undertaking high-value, complex, and challenging matters for clients both domestically and internationally across the renewable energy, mining, oil and gas, life sciences, healthcare, technology, media, telecoms, financial services, retail, and sports sectors. My client are currently looking to add a talented corporate lawyers, with strong experience and interest, predominantly in Private Equity work, but with rounded exposure to M&A, and Capital Markets. As part of the role you will be advising companies,and investors on the full range of business issues, from start-up and financing through to M&A, management transactions, venture and growth capital, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits. The salary bracket for the roles starts at £125k from 6 PQE, in addition to a relatively industry standard bonus scheme, activated for hitting the hours target of 1350. The successful corporate associate joining this team will handle a full range of corporate work, which will include: · Mergers & Acquisitions · Private Equity · Joint Ventures · Venture Capital · Equity Capital Markets This position is ideally suited to senior corporate associates from six years' PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display: · A strong academic background · Training and post-qualified corporate experience gained with a reputable national or international practice or city-firm · Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen · Excellent communication skills · Experience in business development and client relationship management With regards to hybrid working, my client operates a 60% office attendance policy, with the option to also work from any of their regional offices.
