Senior Corporate Associate (Real Estate)- 5 PQE+ Top 30 UK firm | 5 PQE+ | London | £120,000 - £145,000 A senior corporate associate is offered an outstanding opportunity to join an industry leading corporate team at this top tier international practice, in London. The firm, which ranks as one of the top 20 in the UK, is arguably the largest and widest-reaching domestic UK law firm. The London corporate team is made up of over 30 lawyers, working closely with the national Head of the Corporate team, supported by a national team of over 60 (including 8 Partners), undertaking high-value, complex, and challenging matters for clients both domestically and internationally, with a core focus on the real estate sector. My client are currently looking to add a talented corporate lawyer, with strong experience and interest, predominantly in mergers & acquisitions, but capable of also handling a full range of matters, including disposals, joint ventures, buy-outs, public takeovers, IPOs (principally AIM), equity fundraisings and other corporate advisory matters. The salary bracket for the roles starts at £120k from 5 PQE, in addition to a relatively industry standard bonus scheme, activated for hitting the hours target of 1600. The successful corporate associate joining this team will handle a full range of corporate work, which will include: · Mergers & Acquisitions · Private Equity · Joint Ventures · Venture Capital · Equity Capital Markets This position is ideally suited to corporate associates from 5 years' PQE and upwards. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display: · A strong academic background · Training and post-qualified corporate experience gained with a reputable national or international practice or city-firm · Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen · Excellent communication skills · Experience in business development and client relationship management With regards to hybrid working, my client operates a 60% office attendance policy, with the option to also work from any of their regional offices.
