Corporate Associate - 2-4 PQE US law firm| London | £95,000 - £105,000 A corporate associate is offered an outstanding opportunity to join an industry leading corporate team at this top tier City practice, in London. The firm, which ranks as one of the leading Corporate practices in the UK, is a truly expert law firm, with a top-ranked Legal 500 Corporate team, across M&A, Private Equity, and Joint Ventures. The London corporate team is established, with a team of over 10 lawyers, undertaking high-value, complex, and challenging matters for clients both domestically and internationally across a range of industries and sectors, but with a particular focus on the financial services, and private capital sectors, and supported by extensive private wealth and real estate teams. The salary for the roles starts at £95k, in addition to a discretionary bonus scheme, which is activated for hitting the annual target of 1300 hours. The successful corporate associate joining this team will handle a full range of corporate work, across the spectrum of M&A, Private Equity, Joint Ventures, in addition to investments and restructurings, with experience of handling matters which revolve around private clients being ideal. You will be working directly with Associates and Partners across the team, as well as the wider firm, having direct exposure to clients, and responsibility working on complex deals. This position is ideally suited to a corporate associate, from a top-ranked US, Magic, Silver Circle, or international law firm. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display: · A strong academic background · Established experience, or proven desire to work with private clients. · Training and/or post-qualified corporate experience gained with a reputable ranked law firm. · Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen · Excellent communication skills · Experience in business development and client relationship management With regards to hybrid working, my client operates an 80% office attendance policy.
