Legal Counsel - Sports

Junior Legal Counsel - Sports brand Fantastic opportunity for an NQ-2 PQE lawyer to join an immediately recognisable brand in their South Manchester office. This fast-growing global player design, promote and manufacture a variety of products across a number of different sports in the UK, Europe and beyond. Reporting to the Legal Director you will work across general contracting, company secretarial support and data protection matters: - Reviewing and advising on agreements with commercial partners and suppliers from NDAs to sponsorship agreements, Saas and T's & C's; - Maintaining the contract database; - Developing procedures and workflows; - Supporting with data protection; and - Supporting on HR and employment matters and company secretarial work. You: - NQ - 2 PQE (will consider other levels of qualification); - At least 1 years exposure working with commercial agreements in practice or in-house; and - Great business communication skills.
