Corporate Solicitor - leading national firm - Nottingham - 2-4+ PQE Highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its large corporate team in Nottingham due to on-going growth. This Corporate Solicitor opportunity is offered on a full-time permanent basis with flexible working options accommodated and flexible hybrid working as standard. Excellent salary commensurate with experience and good progression prospects for the right individual. The Role As a Corporate Solicitor in this team, you would: - Work on all aspects of corporate transactional and reorganisation work to include M&A (both domestic and cross-border), ECM, private equity and venture capital transactions. - Act for SMEs, OMBs, VCs, financial institutions, PLCs on corporate transactions through the business life cycle. - Be involved in business development from the outset. - Act for clients cross the energy, education, retail, logistics, healthcare, social care, technical and banking sectors.
