Commercial Technology Partner | 8+ PQE | National Law Firm | Birmingham A top-ranked national law firm is seeking a Commercial Partner to join its established and growing Commercial team in Birmingham. This opportunity is offered on a permanent basis with hybrid working and flexible arrangements available. The Role As a Commercial Partner, you will: · Join a well-resourced national commercial team with over 25 lawyers across the UK. · Advise on a broad range of commercial matters including supply and distribution agreements, outsourcing, joint ventures, IP, technology, data protection, and strategic contracts. · Work with a diverse client base including start-ups, SMEs, PLCs, universities, and public sector bodies. · Play an active role in business development and client relationship management. · Collaborate closely with colleagues in corporate, employment, litigation, and real estate to deliver a full-service offering. This is a key strategic hire, with the firm prioritising the Birmingham office to further strengthen its commercial and technology offering in the region. About You To be considered for this Commercial Partner vacancy, you will have: · A minimum of 8 years' PQE in commercial law, with experience gained at a reputable national or regional firm, or in-house. · A proven track record of business development or the potential to grow a practice with the right support. · Strong technical skills across general commercial and/or technology contracts. · A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset. · A portable client following is welcome but not essential for this role.
