The Opportunity: This role offers an exciting next step for a solicitor looking to deepen their experience in residential development. You'll be part of a collaborative and highly respected real estate team, working on significant residential and mixed-use schemes for leading UK housebuilders. Key responsibilities will include: · Advising on complex land acquisitions for residential development · Title review, reporting, and due diligence · Drafting and negotiating strategic land agreements (e.g., options, promotion agreements) · Involvement in regeneration and infrastructure projects · Acting for major national developers and housebuilders on landmark schemes About You: We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded real estate solicitor who is passionate about residential development and eager to progress within a top-tier legal environment.
