Real Estate Solicitor - Residential Development (3-7 PQE) | Leading National Firm | Birmingham BCL Legal is pleased to be working with our long-standing client, a top-tier UK law firm with a national reputation and international presence, known for its strength in the residential development sector. The firm is now looking to grow its Birmingham team with the addition of a talented Real Estate Solicitor (3-7 years' PQE) to work on high-profile development projects for major national housebuilders. The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to take the next step in their residential development career. You'll work closely with senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions while also managing your own matters under guidance. Your work will include: · Supporting on large-scale land acquisitions for residential development · Carrying out title due diligence and interpreting search results · Drafting and advising on strategic land documents, including option and promotion agreements · Assisting with regeneration projects and infrastructure agreements · Acting for well-known national housebuilders and developers About You: We're looking for a solicitor who is enthusiastic about residential development and wants to join a firm offering high-quality work, a supportive environment, and clear career progression.
