The team supports a wide range of clients including NHS organisations, local authorities, emergency services, and primary care providers, while also expanding into the private sector. The work is diverse and impactful, covering: · Development projects such as new hospitals, health centres, and regeneration schemes · Landlord and tenant work, asset management, and land sales · Collaboration with specialist property litigation and primary care teams The Role As a Senior Associate in the Birmingham office, you will: · Manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions · Work closely with partners and senior colleagues on more complex matters · Support the team's business development initiatives · Advise clients across healthcare, local government, and other public/private sectors This role is ideal for a confident, proactive real estate lawyer ready to take the next step in a high-performing, purpose-driven team.
