The Team The firm's commercial team is renowned for providing pragmatic, commercial advice to a broad range of clients, particularly focusing on SMEs and OMBs across sectors such as technology, manufacturing, and financial services. Ranked in Tier 1 by the Legal 500, the team offers expert legal support on a variety of commercial matters, including IT & e-commerce, franchising, intellectual property, competition law, and more. The Role As part of the team, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside senior members of the department and take on your own matters under supervision. You'll be advising clients on a wide variety of commercial contracts, such as: · IT & e-commerce contracts · Software development, licensing & hosting agreements · Data protection and IP rights · Franchising, outsourcing & procurement agreements · Joint ventures & collaboration agreements · Competition law This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their career in a high-quality, team-oriented environment, with ample opportunity to grow and learn from top-tier practitioners.
