Corporate Senior or Principal Associate (4 PQE+) | Leading National Firm | Birmingham
A top-ranked international law firm is seeking a Senior or Principal Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate team in Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with hybrid working and flexible arrangements available as standard.

The Role
As a Senior or Principal Associate in this team, you will:
· Advise on a broad range of high-quality corporate matters including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, ECM, and group restructurings.
· Work closely with a well-established, collaborative team of 70+ corporate lawyers nationally, including five equity partners based in Birmingham.
· Act for a wide variety of major UK and international clients, many of whom are involved in multi-jurisdictional transactions.
· Take a key role in client relationship management and business development, with the opportunity to lead on transactions and develop your profile internally and externally.

About You
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
· At least 4 years' PQE in corporate law, ideally gained in a well-regarded firm.
· Strong experience in M&A and/or private equity transactions.
· Excellent technical, drafting, and commercial skills.
· A collaborative and proactive approach with a desire to take on client-facing responsibilities.
· A genuine interest in developing long-term relationships and contributing to business growth.
