This is a key strategic hire within a highly successful national practice and offers flexible working from offices in Birmingham. This role would be an excellent opportunity for a strong Senior Associate (6+ PQE) ready to make the step up or for an existing Legal Director seeking new growth opportunities. The team is known for: · Deep sector expertise in investment, development, and finance · Handling large-scale, complex asset management and transactional matters · An inclusive, collaborative culture where progression is genuinely supported The Role As Legal Director, you will: · Take a lead role on significant commercial property transactions including investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management · Work closely with an experienced Partner on strategic client accounts and business development · Manage client relationships and oversee the delivery of high-quality service across the team · Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the growth and success of the wider practice This is a leadership-track position where you'll play a key role in the team's direction and long-term success.
