Professional Support Lawyer | 4+ PQE | Top Ranked National Firm | Birmingham/Hybrid BCL Legal is pleased to be assisting a top-ranked national law firm in its search for a Professional Support Lawyer to join its Corporate team, with a focus on private equity. This Professional Support Lawyer opportunity is offered on a full-time or part-time (4 days per week), permanent basis with flexible working options and hybrid working as standard. The Role As a Professional Support Lawyer within the Corporate team, your responsibilities will include: · Supporting corporate lawyers, particularly in private equity, with technical legal queries and complex research. · Developing and maintaining high-quality precedents, guidance notes, and supporting materials. · Leading and contributing to document automation projects using existing and new templates. · Delivering legal updates and supporting the team's ongoing training programmes. · Encouraging knowledge sharing and best practice across the national Corporate team. About You To be successful in your application for this Professional Support Lawyer role, you will have: · A minimum of 4 years' PQE as a Corporate lawyer, ideally with experience in private equity transactions. · A strong interest in, or experience of, document automation (training available if required). · Excellent technical, drafting, and research skills with keen attention to detail. · A commercial approach to knowledge development and a team-oriented mindset. · A desire to contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking PSL team.
