You'll work with some of the region's most recognised names and no two days will be the same as the role offers a wide variety of real estate work.
The Role
You will:
· Take the lead on a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, development work, asset management, and property finance.
· Be involved in high-value and complex matters with a strong emphasis on client-facing work and relationship management.
· Supervise and support junior team members, contributing to their development and the overall success of the department.
· Have the opportunity to get involved in corporate support work and work closely with the firm's top-tier Corporate team.
What You'll Need:
· A solid track record of transactional commercial property work, ideally with 6+ years' PQE (but open to more senior applicants).
· Strong technical skills across acquisitions, disposals, leases, development, and ideally landlord and tenant and property finance.
· Commercial awareness and the ability to give pragmatic, strategic advice.
· Confidence managing direct client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers.
· Experience or interest in sectors such as logistics, healthcare/childcare, or renewable energy would be advantageous.
