Commercial Property Solicitor | 2-5 PQE | Regional Law Firm | Telford BCL Legal is pleased to be assisting a highly regarded regional law firm, recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide, with the recruitment of a Commercial Property Solicitor (or Legal Executive) to join its well-established Commercial Property team in Telford. This opportunity is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with hybrid working (up to 2 days from home) available. The Role As a Commercial Property Solicitor in this respected team, you will: · Manage a broad and complex caseload of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, leases, and landlord and tenant work. · Draft and negotiate leases, licences, and agreements for lease. · Advise clients (landlords and tenants) on their legal rights and obligations. · Handle property finance and development transactions. · Conduct due diligence including title reviews and reports. · Actively engage in business development, marketing, and networking opportunities, with support to raise your profile and grow your practice. About You To be successful in your application, you will: · Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England & Wales with 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property. · Have demonstrable experience in handling acquisitions, disposals, and lease work. · Be commercially astute with excellent drafting and communication skills. · Be a proactive team player with strong client care standards and a flexible, can-do approach.
