REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR | 3+ YEARS PQE | TOP NATIONAL LAW FIRM | BIRMINGHAM BCL Legal is pleased to be assisting a top-ranked national law firm in its search for a Real Estate Solicitor to join its busy Real Estate team based in Birmingham. This permanent opportunity offers flexible working options including hybrid working and is available on a full-time basis. An excellent salary and benefits package will be offered. The Role As a Real Estate Solicitor within this team, you will: · Manage your own caseload of commercial real estate matters across public and private sectors. · Advise on and draft leases, development agreements, heads of terms, and other property documentation. · Support complex projects including regeneration schemes, funding arrangements, disposals, and portfolio management. · Liaise with internal colleagues and external clients including major retailers, developers, local authorities, and social housing providers. · Provide guidance on company law, planning, construction, and site disposals as part of transactional and advisory work. · Supervise and mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. About You To be successful in your application, you will have: · A minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial real estate law, ideally with experience in development and regeneration projects. · Strong drafting and technical skills with a keen eye for detail. · Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. · A proactive, flexible approach and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. · A strong academic background and the drive to progress within a well-established national firm.
