The Role As a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate in this team, you will: · Join a dynamic and expanding commercial property team led by a highly ranked and recognised partner in both The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. · Work on a broad range of real estate matters including freehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, property management, and corporate support. · Support high-value development and regeneration projects across the UK, gaining hands-on experience on major land promotion and urban regeneration schemes. · Handle work for a diverse client base including both private sector organisations and local authorities. · Take on responsibility for managing a busy caseload with support as needed, while also contributing to business development and client engagement initiatives. About You To be successful in your application for this Real Estate Solicitor vacancy, you will have: · Ideally 2-4 years' PQE (though applications from more experienced candidates are welcomed). · Solid experience in general freehold and leasehold transactions, landlord and tenant work, and property management. · Some exposure to or interest in development and regeneration work. · Strong technical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage client relationships independently. · A proactive and collaborative approach, with a commitment to excellent client service. · A strong academic background and excellent interpersonal skills.
