Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor | 2-10 PQE | Top 50 UK Law Firm | Birmingham/Hybrid BCL Legal is pleased to be assisting a top-ranked national law firm seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join its leading Construction & Engineering team. This opportunity is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with flexible and hybrid working as standard. Excellent salary and benefits package. The Role As a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor in this team, you will: · Join one of the UK's leading construction practices, advising on high-value infrastructure, commercial and residential projects across the UK and internationally. · Draft and negotiate a wide range of construction contracts including JCT, NEC, MF/1 and institutional forms. · Work with a strong client base including public and private sector employers, developers, funds, contractors and consultants. · Advise on associated construction documents including appointments, collateral warranties, bonds, guarantees, novation agreements and more. · Collaborate with a national team of 28 construction law specialists with clear progression routes through to Managing Associate and beyond. About You To be successful in your application for this Construction vacancy, you will have: · Between 2 and 10 years' PQE gained within a recognised construction team (applications outside this range are also welcomed). · Solid experience in non-contentious construction work or a mix of advisory and contentious matters. · Strong technical drafting skills and commercial acumen. · Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities. · A genuine interest in being part of a growing and ambitious team.
