We are delighted to be working with a leading national law firm that is looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Investment, Asset Management and Occupiers team in Birmingham. This is a standout opportunity for a real estate lawyer to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team, known for delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice to a top-tier client base.

The Role
As a Senior Associate in this nationally recognised Real Estate team, you will:
· Lead on a range of complex and high-value investment transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and asset management matters.
· Advise a wide variety of clients including property funds, offshore entities, national retailers, and growing SMEs.
· Draft and negotiate key documentation including leases, agreements for lease, licences, and other landlord and tenant materials.
· Support corporate and banking colleagues with the property aspects of wider transactions, including due diligence and certificates of title.
· Build and develop relationships with clients, contributing to business development initiatives.
· Support junior colleagues and play an active role in mentoring and team development.
About You
To be successful in your application, you will:
· Be a qualified solicitor with 4 or more years' PQE in real estate law, ideally with experience gained at a recognised commercial firm.
· Have strong experience in investment sales and acquisitions, asset management, and landlord and tenant matters.
· Be confident in delivering commercially astute, concise advice to clients.
· Have a proactive, client-focused approach and an interest in developing your own relationships.
· Demonstrate excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
