The Role As a Corporate Solicitor in this team, you would: · Join a dynamic, M&A and PE-focused corporate team within a globally recognised law firm. · Work on significant domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity deals, and advisory work. · Collaborate with clients across various sectors, from FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies to SMEs and innovative start-ups. · Play a key role in the growth of an expanding Midlands practice, taking on high levels of responsibility and gaining exposure to an international client base. · Benefit from a period of exciting expansion, with the team welcoming a new partner to further drive growth and enhance the firm's market position. About You To be successful in your application for this Corporate Solicitor vacancy, you will have: · A minimum of three years' PQE in corporate law in England or Wales, with a strong focus on M&A, private equity, or related areas. · Experience working on high-value transactions and providing commercial, strategic advice to clients. · A proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships. · A strong academic background and a passion for business development. · A proactive, ambitious attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
