The Opportunity: You'll be advising a national and international client base on a full range of property matters relating to the management, expansion, and disposal of commercial property portfolios. Your responsibilities will include: · Advising on complex acquisitions and disposals of leasehold and freehold property · Handling a broad mix of landlord and tenant matters · Supporting clients on day-to-day asset management and real estate strategy · Maintaining and developing strong, long-term client relationships · Mentoring and supervising junior team members · Working closely with senior leaders on business development and team growth initiatives What We're Looking For: The firm is seeking an experienced and commercially minded real estate lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
