The Role As an Associate in this Non-Contentious Construction team, you will: · Have the opportunity to join one of the largest and most respected construction & engineering teams in the UK, advising on high-profile, complex construction and engineering projects across multiple sectors, including real estate development, infrastructure, housing, and energy. · Work with a diverse range of clients, from major property developers, contractors, funders, and purchasers to public sector bodies and corporates. · Gain exposure to a wide array of high-value projects, from large-scale logistics centres to pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and regeneration schemes. About You To be successful in your application for this Associate vacancy, you will have: · A minimum of NQ-3 years' PQE with experience in non-contentious construction law (or a related area). · A solid track record in advising clients on construction and engineering matters, including negotiating and drafting key contracts and agreements. · A strong academic background and excellent communication skills. · A collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
