Commercial Regulatory Senior Lawyer | 4-12 PQE | National Law Firm | Birmingham/Hybrid BCL Legal is pleased to be assisting a leading national law firm, which is seeking a Senior Lawyer to join its Commercial Regulatory team in Birmingham. This Regulatory Solicitor opportunity is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with flexible working options and hybrid working as standard. Excellent salary and benefits package. The Role As a Senior Lawyer in this team, you will: · Join a nationally recognised and growing team focused on advising clients on a range of regulatory issues across sectors such as food and beverage, consumer protection, e-commerce, advertising, and technology. · Provide advisory services on product regulation, labelling, and advertising law, with opportunities to handle regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. · Advise clients on entering new markets and launching new products, working closely with international colleagues to provide multi-jurisdictional advice. · Support a wide range of clients, including household names, across both private and public sector projects. · Take an active role in business development and building relationships with clients and potential clients. About You To be successful in your application for this Senior/Principal Associate vacancy, you will have: · A minimum of 4+ years PQE with a strong emphasis on regulatory law. PQE level is a guide and more senior lawyers will also be considered. · Experience advising clients on food and beverage, technology, and consumer law, with an interest in growing your own practice. · Excellent technical skills and a keen eye for detail in regulatory issues. · Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues. · A commercially-minded approach, with an appetite to contribute to business development and grow the firm's presence in this area.
