The Role As a Construction Solicitor in this leading national team, you will: · Work alongside recognised experts, advising clients on non-contentious construction projects across multiple sectors. · Gain hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating construction and engineering contracts, including JCT and NEC forms, as well as supply chain and professional appointments. · Support on major national projects in healthcare, education, housing, regeneration and infrastructure, including new hospitals, university campuses and large-scale housing schemes. · Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines on complex, high-value matters for clients such as government departments, local authorities, NHS Trusts and major developers. · Have the opportunity to grow your expertise in non-contentious construction while being supported by senior lawyers who are leaders in their field. About You To be successful in your application for this Construction Solicitor role, you will have: · 1-3 years' PQE in construction law, ideally with experience of non-contentious or mixed construction work. · A solid grounding in drafting and negotiating construction contracts (JCT/NEC) and an interest in developing deeper sector expertise. · Strong communication and client relationship skills, with a commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving. · A collaborative, proactive mindset and enthusiasm for business development and career progression.
