The Role · Opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, exits, joint ventures, group reorganisations, and capital markets work. · Manage your own matters while also supporting on complex and high-value deals. · Take a leading, client-facing role, working alongside senior colleagues and mentoring junior team members. · Play an active part in business development initiatives, networking within the local and regional corporate finance market. · Excellent exposure to national and international clients across a range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, education, and sport.
