A highly regarded national commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Senior Associate to join its award-winning healthcare real estate team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. The Role
You'll join a market-leading healthcare real estate team advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on acquisitions and disposals, development work and real estate finance. You will work with a wide range of clients across the health and social care sectors, including investors, funders, developers, operators and national bodies.
Key responsibilities include:
· Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
· Handling real estate finance matters and associated reporting
· Supporting major development and regeneration schemes
· Preparing reports on title, certificates of title and due diligence
· Providing corporate support on share and asset transactions
· Working collaboratively across departments as part of multi-disciplinary project teams
· Building strong, trusted client relationships and delivering commercially-focused advice
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
· Strong commercial property experience, including acquisitions, disposals, development and/or real estate finance
· Experience within the health or social care sector (highly desirable but not essential)
· Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
· Confidence managing your own caseload and dealing directly with clients
· A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
· Effective project-management abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines
· A proactive, practical and commercial mindset
