Commercial Property Lawyer - Leadership Role | Leading Regional Law Firm | West Midlands BCL Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established, employee-owned law firm seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Lawyer in a senior leadership role to support the continued growth of its Commercial Property team across the region. This is a senior leadership opportunity offering the chance to shape regional strategy, lead high-performing teams, and play a key role in developing a growing commercial property offering. This position would suit an experienced commercial property lawyer with strong leadership credentials, looking to step into a strategic, business-critical role within a collaborative and forward-thinking firm. The Opportunity You will take on a key leadership role, overseeing multiple offices and driving the performance and development of the Commercial Property function across the region. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, supporting complex transactions, and enhancing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: · Leading and managing Commercial Property teams across multiple offices · Driving operational performance and ensuring consistently high standards of client service · Supporting and deputising for the Head of Department where required · Providing technical oversight on complex commercial property matters · Advising on a broad range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and development work · Supporting fee earners with complex queries and strategic decision-making · Driving business development through networking and client relationship management · Identifying and implementing growth opportunities across the region · Ensuring compliance, risk management and best practice across all teams You will play a central role in strengthening the firm's commercial property presence across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
