Real Estate Associate Solicitor | NQ - 1 PQE | International Law Firm | Birmingham/Hybrid - open to 2026 qualifiers! BCL Legal is delighted to be working with a leading international law firm seeking to recruit a junior Real Estate Associate (NQ - 1 PQE) into its well-established Birmingham team, focusing on corporate support, asset management and occupier work. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a high-performing, collaborative team with strong client exposure from day one. The Opportunity You will join a busy and supportive real estate team, working closely with Partners and senior lawyers while also taking ownership of your own matters. The role offers a broad mix of asset management and occupier work, acting for a range of investor and corporate clients. Your role will include: · Managing a variety of landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, surrenders, re-gears, and new lettings · Advising on licences, wayleaves, and landlord and tenant works · Supporting investors with ongoing asset management across their portfolios · Assisting with freehold acquisitions and disposals where required · Supporting on large-scale acquisitions and financing transactions as part of wider team projects · Working with occupier clients, including those in the telecoms sector · Building strong relationships with clients, agents, and internal stakeholders You'll be part of a team that prides itself on delivering pragmatic, commercial advice and maintaining long-standing client relationships.
