Real Estate (Regeneration) Senior Associate | 5+ PQE | Leading National Law Firm | Birmingham/Hybrid A leading UK law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate team, specialising in public sector and regeneration work, based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team acting on a wide range of high-profile regeneration projects across the UK, including housing-led schemes, town centre redevelopment, infrastructure, and renewable energy developments. The Role You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice on complex regeneration matters, working closely with both public sector clients and developers. Responsibilities will include: · Managing your own caseload of regeneration and development matters · Advising on a broad mix of issues including planning, environmental, procurement, and public law considerations · Supporting senior team members on complex, large-scale transactions · Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives · Participating in tenders, networking events, and sector-focused activities · Opportunity for client secondments The Candidate You will be an experienced Real Estate lawyer with strong technical and commercial skills. While prior regeneration experience is advantageous, candidates with transferable experience (such as development, housing, or local authority property work) and a genuine interest in the sector are encouraged to apply.
